The Questions
Do you have questions about our wedding films? Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often.
Why are photos only added to a film package?
Because our approach is based on the synergy between video and photography. We’re already there for your film for 12 hours – we know your story, your day, your people. Adding photos simply enhances what we already capture. And for you, that means a single team to manage, zero coordination between suppliers, and perfect visual coherence between your photos and your film.
What's the difference between the 3 packages?
The number of photos delivered, that’s all. All our packages include exactly the same basis:
- Coverage for 2 people for 12 hours
- Family photos and couple portraits
- Online gallery for 1 year
- 10 photos to validate the style
The only difference: L’important = 100 photos, Complet = 200 photos, La totale = 400 photos. The more you want, the more we deliver.
What's the "10 photo preview"?
This is your preview of the final look. A few days after the wedding, we send you 10 retouched photos so you can validate the look (colors, lighting, ambiance) before we retouch everything else. If you’d like us to make any adjustments, now’s the time to let us know. Once validated, we apply the style to all your photos.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Between 4 and 6 weeks after your wedding. Each photo is individually retouched to ensure consistent quality.
Can I choose the retouching style?
Yes, during our pre-wedding meeting, we show you different visual styles (bright and airy, dramatic and cinematic, timeless classic). You choose the one that suits you, and we apply it to all your photos.
Do you take official family photos?
Absolutely. Family photos and couple portraits are included in all packages. We take all formal photos – couples, immediate family, extended family, groups of friends. We’ve got an efficient system for getting it done quickly, without taking up too much of your time.
Why 12 hours of coverage in all packages?
Because we’re already here for your film. We arrive early in the morning and stay until the first dance. Photo coverage is included – no need to pay overtime. No matter which package you choose, you’ll enjoy our full presence.
What's the advantage of having the same team for photos AND video?
Everything. Only one team to manage. No coordination between suppliers. Visual consistency between your photos and your film. And best of all: less stress for you. We take care of everything, you live your day. No “wait, the photographer isn’t here” or “the videographer wants to redo the scene”. We understand each other, we work together, we capture everything at the same time.
Can I print photos in large format?
Yes, we deliver high-resolution prints, perfect for printing up to very large formats. Frames, albums, canvases – it’s all possible.

Seriously, a must-have! Yes, it might seem expensive, but Patrice and Caroline are a huge favorite. In addition to being video professionals, they are such kind, respectful, simply extraordinary people. Everyone who had the chance to meet them at my wedding simply fell under their spell! Many of my family and friends didn’t see the point (even my husband
